Overcome the fear of water/ swimming can be difficult. It can let many people stop from learning to do water sport. Don’t worry, because you’re not alone and help is at hand.
Few tips to help overcome a fear of water/ swimming- Firstly, put your feet to the water and try to get deeper into the water by degrees.
- When you can stand deep enough in water, try to splash water on your face like you are washing it.
- Try to learn how to hold your breath under the water and breathe out like blow bubbles in the water.
- Hold the side and practice kicking with your body stretched out.
- Remember don’t be rush to make progress.
